Sarah Michelle Gellar is on promo tour overdrive.

After doing the Late Show with David Letterman last night, the 34-year-old actress was up bright and early this morning (February 7) as she visited the SiriusXM studios in New York City to promote her hit new show, Ringer.

Meanwhile, during last night’s Late Night appearance, Giants fan SMG had hoped to meet Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning when both were slated to appear on the show. However, blonde beauty revealed that security had barred her from conversing with the quarterback.

“You were a Giants fan when you were a kid?” Letterman asked Sarah Michelle.

“I was,” she replied. “We had season tickets when I was a kid. I used to sit out there and freeze on the 50 yard line. But I was on a plane last night, so I only got to see half of the game.”

Letterman then asked, “Did you get to see Eli backstage?”

“No, his security wouldn’t let me near him. It was weird,” said Gellar. “I was trying. I was like, ‘No really, I’m just a big fan.’ I think that’s where I went wrong. ‘I just want an autograph and a lock of his hair!’ But they said ‘no.’ Awkward.”
